Order Updates and Production:

Before your custom sign enters production, our team will provide an order update to confirm all specifications and details. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the final design and information.

If any issue is identified, you must contact our customer support immediately. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Return/Cancelation and Custom Orders:

All products at Fix Signage are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns on custom products.

Cancellations are only accepted before the product moves into production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you experience any issue with your product, please contact us at quote@fixsignage.com , and our team will assist you promptly.

Damaged Goods:

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify both the delivery carrier and Fix Signage in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, including images of the packaging. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void any claim or replacement eligibility.

Repair Process:

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 2-year limited warranty on eligible custom signage.

If you encounter a defect or functional issue, contact us with clear images and videos showing the problem area. After verification, we will arrange a replacement part or appropriate solution.

Shipping Errors:

While we take every precaution to ensure accurate shipping, Fix Signage cannot be held responsible if the courier confirms delivery to the provided address but the package is reported missing.

If you notice any delivery discrepancy, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.

Variations and Discolorations:

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations and slight discolorations may occur. Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and printer calibration.

Inspection and Notification:

Upon receiving your order, you are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the goods.

We reserve the right to inspect the goods within a reasonable timeframe after notification. Orders not reported within the 48-hour window will be considered delivered, complete, and accepted without defects.
